King Promise; born Gregory Bortey Promise Newman, and is a young Ghanaian artist and songwriter known for his infectious sounds. Promise is a raw burgeoning talent who is versatile and is quickly becoming an international phenomenon. He falls within the Afrobeats, Highlife, R&B and Hip-Hop genres. He was won various awards in his career including the recent award for the Album of the Year (5 STAR) and the Best Afrobeat/Afropop artist at the VGMA24
